Quality and Environmental Management System

The Management of Perforaciones Noroeste focuses on the Quality and Environmental Management System as a way of organising our business life, basing it on some basic pillars such as the quality of our services and processes, the continuous improvement of efficiency, customer satisfaction and proactivity in caring for the environment that surrounds us.

For all these reasons, the Management has established a Quality and Environmental Policy based on the following foundations and commitments:

  • Quality and the environment are aspects in the quest to maintain a competitive position in the market.
  • Quality is achieved not by inspecting but by planning, implementing, reviewing and improving the Quality and Environmental Management System to prevent possible errors.
  • Quality is oriented towards the satisfaction of all our customers, through the commitment of the entire organisation to meet their needs and requirements, as well as the legal and regulatory requirements related to our service.
  • Strict compliance with applicable environmental requirements. Dedication to continuously improve our performance and prevent pollution, especially in the rational use of natural resources.
  • To manage, in an appropriate and environmentally friendly manner, the waste generated as a result of our activity, to project at all times an image of respect and care for the environment and to use natural resources rationally, trying to minimise their consumption through the implementation of good environmental practices.
  • Raise awareness and provide training and means for our employees to actively collaborate in this cause.
  • Quality is based on a continuous improvement plan, both of processes and of the effectiveness of the Quality and Environmental Management System, in which preventing errors is a fundamental aspect.
  • Quality requires the participation and collaboration of everyone, so it is essential to take into account motivation, training and communication..
